Emily Ma wins Burwell Scholarship, posts new dipole potential finding on chemRxiv

Congratulations to Emily Ma, who has won a 2022 Robert L. Burwell Scholarship. This Fellowship, so named for one of Northwestern’s most distinguished Physical Chemistry faculty who served in the department for over 40 years (1939-1980), recognizes and rewards excellence in physical chemistry. You can read about Emily’s latest work on dipole potentials, heterodyne-detected SHG, and SFG spectroscopy, joint with Geiger and Nguyen group alumna Juli Gibbs of the University of Alberta on chemRxiv.
